We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our agile development team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems that drive our product offerings and services.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI systems and models that align with our business goals and product roadmaps.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI functionalities into our solutions, ensuring seamless and scalable implementation.
Stay abreast of the latest AI research and technologies, identifying opportunities for application and improvement within our products.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides for AI systems, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and maintenance.
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various deployed models and systems.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data, design predictive models, and fine-tune their performance to meet specific requirements.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
Engage in problem-solving activities, applying innovative AI techniques to overcome complex challenges.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an AI Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
Proficiency in the programming language Python, and familiarity with AI and RAG and LLM.
Solid understanding of LLM, machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and derive innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with containerization.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Git for version control.
proficiency in PyTorch.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
